Decatur Book Festival
Featuring work by: Aint Bad Magazine, Daylight Books, Fall Line Press, J&L Books

Sep 5 10am- 6pm

ACP is very proud to be a part of the largest independent book festival in the country -- the Decatur Book Festival!

Photography books are more popular than ever--and there are some groundbreaking independent publishing outfits that are enabling us all to discover photographic projects that may not otherwise see the light of day. We have invited a few of these publishers to our ACP "photo-book booth" at the Decatur Book Festival.

Labor Day weekend, come to Decatur Square to enjoy book signings, author readings, panel discussions, an interactive children's area, live music, parades, cooking demonstrations, poetry slams, writing workshops, and more.

Special Exhibitors at ACP's booth include:

  • Ain't Bad Magazine (Savannah-based quarterly publication that supports new photographic art)
  • Daylight Books (a non-profit, North Carolina-based publisher dedicated to art and photography books)
  • Fall Line Press (Atlanta-based photobook publisher, bookstore and reading room)
  • J&L Books (a non-profit Atlanta & New York-based publisher of artists' books)
Admission is free. Parking on street or in multiple parking decks, or take MARTA to the Decatur station.
